Below you will find a sampling of the buffets that we offer.   Prices are listed per person, so to order a buffet, change the quantity to the number of people in your party and hit the   ADD    button.  There is a quantity minimum of ten (10) per buffet type.  A 15% gratuity will be added to all orders.  

   

Teriyaki Chicken: marinated and chargrilled to perfection served with rice pilaf, vegetables tossed salad and dinner rolls.

Prime Rib:   Hand cut Prime Rib of beef, wonderfully prepared and served Au Jus with our special recipe horseradish sauce, baked potato, tossed salad and dinner rolls.

Chargrilled Salmon with Basil Pesto Sauce: Excellent salmon fillets served with delicious Pesto.  Includes rice pilaf or potato, tossed salad, and rolls.

Cannelloni En' Crepes:   An Italian favorite!  Delicate thin crepes filled with spinach and cheeses or beef and cheeses, topped with Marinara and parmesan.  Served with garlic bread and sautéed fresh vegetables stir-fry style.

Chicken Marsala: Chicken breast, sautéed with scallions and mushrooms and delicately seasoned in a rich Marsala Wine sauce.  Served with rice pilaf or potato, tossed salad and rolls.

Pollo Queso:   A gorgeous food presentation!  Chicken breast formed into a "golden egg", lightly breaded and baked to golden.  Cut it open to reveal  a rich cheese center melting out onto your plate.  Served on a bed of rice, with salad and roll.

   These buffets below are our most popular packages.  They cost $499.00 and are 40-50 servings.  The buffets are served with mashed potatoes, your choice of vegetable, tossed salad and dinner rolls.  (Turkey buffet comes with stuffing).  We also recommend a carver to prepare the meat portions for these buffets.  Carver prices are $25.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.

We do recommend a carver for these buffets to prepare the meat servings.  Carvers are available for $25.00 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.  You may choose the number of hours you want carvers available.  For example, if you want a carver available for 3 hours, change the 2 to a 3 and hit ADD.  Please complete this process for EACH carver you wish to hire.
